Just a quick update:
I was able to walk-in and, after a 45 minute wait, get refingerprinted yesterday!! Praise God!! Now we will wait again and see if I get approved. The lady told me I have 'worn' prints and that there was nothing she could do to fix it. She did try a little harder this time and said she didn't think they would be rejected this time.
SO AWESOME!!!!! Hooray for Naperville! :)

Glad you got in. Did you get inked? That was always the best way for me.
ReplyDeleteJanell, No, the lady told me that if I needed to be inked that I would have to go to a local police station and send those in! Hoping I don't have to do that!!
ReplyDeleteWendy, if you do need to be inked, Steve can do it for you at the MPD anytime1 Just let me know! I hope this set works though! It is always so nerve racking to get every little thing done!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I will get in touch if I am rejected again!! Wow, that's just so nice to know!
ReplyDeleteHi Wendy,
ReplyDeletejust came across your blog.We are considering adopting through RR, we live in Washington, Il and I have so many questions. Would you be willing to talk to me?(andrea.mcgreevy@gmail.com)
Andrea
Andrea,
ReplyDeleteI would be more than happy to answer any questions that you have! - I emailed you too!
Wendy
Wendy, I think this is a sign that you are well-equipped for a life of crime! no fingerprints--its what criminals dream of! :)
ReplyDeleteWendy, I'm so thankful that you got reprinted so quickly! Praying that The Golden Ticket comes soon.
ReplyDeleteI had that same problem with my FBI clearance. We mommies use our hands so much, it's no wonder the prints are worn!
